Penas para tres miembros de la Lucha Revolucionaria:
· N. Maziotis 50 años
· P. Roupa 50 años y 6 meses
· K. Gournas 50 años y 6 meses
Estas son las penas acumuladas, con un máximo de 25 años para cada uno de ellos.
Las Penas de dos de los compañeros anarquistas acusados en el mismo Caso:
· Stathopoulos 7 años y 6 meses
· C. Kortessis 7 años.
Los otros dos compañeros anarquistas, S. Nikitopoulos y Katsenos K. y la esposa de Kostas Gournas, Mari Beraha fueron absueltos de todos los cargos.
La privación de derechos políticos por 5 años para los tres primeros y 3 años para los otros dos. Los compañeros presentaron solicitudes de suspensión de sentencia hasta la segunda instancia, pero fueron rechazadas.

Sentences for two of the anarchist comrades accused in the same case:

The other two anarchist comrades, S. Nikitopoulos and K. Katsenos and the wife of (Kostas Gournas), Mari Beraha were acquitted of all charges.
Deprivation of political rights for 5 years for the first three and 3 years for the other two. The comrades submitted requests for suspension of execution of sentence until the second instance but this was refused.
