Un compañero muy valeroso, ha estado en huelga de hambre por más de cuarenta días
con el objeto de poder ser visitado por su compañera. Obviamente es difícil hacer que escuchen tus peticiones estando en una prisión, más aún cuando se está encerrado en la unidad conocida como AS2, la cual fue creada especialmente para aquellos que luchan en contra de este mundo infame, para así prevenir que se organicen con otros prisioneros en la lucha dentro de la prisión.
Una de las pocas posibilidades que les quedan a los rebeldes, bajo este sistema de vigilancia extremo, es ocupar su cuerpo como campo de batalla, evitar la comida como un intento de poner al enemigo en problemas y esperar a que se rinda.
El 4 de marzo, una petición de visitas entre Sergio y Katia fue enviado a la corte de Milán. El juez a cargo, se está tomando su tiempo para formular una respuesta, la cual probablemente será negativa ya que es el mismo juez que aseguró que Sergio aún se encontraba con buena salud, sin importar que una persona no haya comido nada en un mes y medio: aquellos que administran la justicia con su típico cinismo arrogante y con su disgustante y burguesa indiferencia hacia las personas, simplemente pasan por encima del sufrimiento y los sentimientos. Esto no nos sorprende: aquellos que pueden arruinar vidas al sentenciar a gente a prisión, pueden también llevar a cabo cualquier otro acto vil.
Tal vez los jueces y los fiscales tienen las billeteras llenas gracias a su asqueroso trabajo pero seguramente no tienen lo que Sergio si tiene: la dignidad y el orgullo de un individuo que lucha contra un mundo injusto.
Sergio está librando su batalla con determinación y mantiene su frente en alto a pesar de los días que ha pasado sin comer y de su traslado a Ferrara, con todas las dificultades que significan el ser trasladado. Apoyar a un compañero de lucha que está en prisión es de vital importancia. Todos los conflictos necesarios con los que convivimos en nuestras ciudades no pueden alejarnos o distraernos de la solidaridad sincera con un compañero que está luchando como puede. La solidaridad entre compañeros es de absolutamente necesaria para darle sentido y mantener el espíritu del que está luchando en una prisión y puede influenciar en las decisiones de su verdugo, al demostrarle que el compañero no está solo.
Es fundamental que aquellos que deciden pelear desde dentro de la prisión sepan que sus reclamos serán apoyados desde afuera de los muros de la misma.

A very determined comrade has been on hunger strike for more than 40 days in order to get visits with his partner. Obviously it is much more difficult to make one’s voice heard inside a jail in order to achieve one’s claims than it is outside, and even more so in a unit, the AS2, which was created specifically to confine those who struggle against this infamous world and to prevent them from organizing themselves along with other prisoners in the struggle inside the prison.
One of the few possibilities left to the rebels detained in high surveillance regime is to make recourse to their bodies as a battlefield, to refuse food as an attempt at putting the enemy in trouble and hoping it gives up.
On March 4 a request for visits between Sergio and Katia was submitted to the court of Milan. The judge in charge is taking his time to announce a response, which is very likely to be negative, as the same judge has pointed out that Sergio’s health conditions continue to be good. Never mind if a person hasn’t had any food for one and a half month: those who administer justice, with their typical arrogant cynicism and disgusting and bourgeois indifference towards people, just pass over feeling and suffering. We are not surprised at this: those who can ruin lives by inflicting prison sentences can also carry out any other kind of vile actions.
Perhaps judges and prosecutors have their bellies full thanks to their disgusting job but certainly they don’t have what Sergio has: dignity and the pride of an individual on struggle against an unjust world!
Sergio is carrying on his battle with determination, and his spirit is high in spite of the many days he has spent without food and of his transfer to Ferrara, with all the difficulties a transfer implies.

To support a comrade on struggle in prison from outside is of vital importance. All the necessary conflicts we deal with in our cities can’t substitute or distract us from sincere solidarity with a comrade who is struggling as best as he can.
Solidarity from comrades is absolutely important as it helps to give sense and keep high the spirit of one who is struggling in a prison, and it can also influence the choices of his hangmen, at least by demonstrating that the comrade is not alone.
It is fundamental that those who decide to struggle inside a jail know that their claims will be supported from outside the prison walls.
